Les éléments
Le montage détermine les valeurs de transmission des conditions de transformation applicables à la matière, au moule et à la machine, afin d’assurer une qualité de moulage constante. Il regroupe les performances de ces trois éléments via ces valeurs de transmission, qui sont définies lors d’une phase de mise au point. Ces valeurs sont ensuite gérées grâce à une fiche de réglage évolutive, adaptée aux changements de matière utilisée et aux évolutions des capacités du moule.

Ajuster les réglages d’une presse consiste à définir pour chaque composant fonctionnel du procédé d’injection les paramètres appropriés (adaptés aux conditions de transformation) afin de garantir une transformation optimale de la matière et d’assurer une transmission homogène de ses propriétés à la pièce moulée.
